TOUR DE FRANCE SIGNS WITH FIVE DANISH COMPANIES
Amaury Sport Organization (ASO), the organisation behind Tour de France has entered partnership agreements with five Danish companies. Dansk Metal, Oddset, Bygma, dao and Carlsberg will be ‘Official Fans’ of the Tour start in Denmark next year. The partnerships run from now and until after the 2022 Tour de France.
“It is a great honour to announce these new sponsors as a part of Grand Départ Copenhagen Denmark 2022. We are proud of the great contribution these five Official Fans are adding to the Danish celebration of the Tour De France and cycling in Denmark in general. Tour de France Grand Départ gives the sponsors an opportunity of creating unique experiences for their customers and fans of Tour de France, and the opportunity for them to get close to the biggest cycling event in the world.” says Laurant Lachaux – Sales and Partnership Director of ASO.
He continues:
“We are so happy to be partnering up with these companies on this unique initiative and in that way maximize the advantages for both them and for the Grand Départ in Denmark. We feel very certain that Grand Départ in Denmark will be a special moment for Tour de France, the world of cycling and for the Danish audience. This will be a remarkable journey”.
Also, the Danish CEO of Grand Départ Copenhagen Denmark, Alex Pedersen, is excited about the partnerships with the Danish sponsors:

All five companies are great representatives of the Danish values and have throughout the years been loyal supporters of Danish sports. From now and until the three stages have finished in Denmark Dansk Metal, Oddset, Bygma, dao and Carlsberg holds the rights to use the Tour de France logo and brand in their own marketing including the photos of the Tour riders.

- Grand Départ Copenhagen Denmark takes place 1st to 3rd of July 2022 and is kicked off with an individual time trial of 13 km in the best cycling city in the world, Copenhagen. Next is a 199 km 2nd stage from
- Roskilde to Nyborg, and the 3rd stage is 183 km long, starting in Vejle and ends in Soenderborg.
