DANSK METAL FIRST SPONSOR FOR LE TOUR DE FRANCE

Dansk Metal will be the first country sponsor for Le Tour de France. Le Tour de France is coming to Denmark for the first time ever in 2021. Dansk Metal has just entered into the first country sponsorship with the company organising Le Tour de France.

Today, Dansk Metal revealed that they have agreed a partnership deal with ASO, the company organising Le Tour de France, to be the first country sponsor both in 2020 and in 2021, when the race is coming to Denmark for the first time.

“We are very pleased that we have signed this partnership. There is no doubt that Le Tour de France in Denmark will be a tremendous experience for many Danes and Dansk Metal would like to contribute to that,” said Deputy Chairman of Dansk Metal, René Nielsen.

Dansk Metal is a prominent partner for Le Tour de France in Denmark because they are the union that, among other things organises the bicycle mechanics. Dansk Metal has also been connecting exercise with a good work environment for several years.

 Nielsen continues: “We have chosen to become a national sponsor for two reasons. Firstly, we want to give our members throughout the country a unique opportunity to get close to Le Tour de France in Denmark with a lot of member-oriented activities. Secondly, we as a union stands for community, and we are convinced that the whole nation will stand together for Le Tour de France during the stages.”

Alex Pedersen, Director of Grand Départ Copenhagen, who is behind Le Tour de France in Denmark, is looking forward to a promising collaboration with Dansk Metal. Alex Pedersen says: 

“We are very much looking forward to collaborating with Dansk Metal and we are delighted to have their members involved in contributing to the enormous event in Denmark. We are certain that this sponsorship will provide value for Le Tour de France in Denmark, as well as for the members of Dansk Metal.”

f Sports Group has facilitated this partnership between Dansk Metal and ASO. Dansk Metal has entered into a national sponsorship for both 2020 and 2021, so from now on Dansk Metal’s members will experience the many member-oriented activities that arise from the agreed sponsorship.
