Mads H. Frederiksen has of 1st January 2023 taken over the majority of the shares thus remaining main Owner and Founder of f Sports Group (FSG). Our Head of Partnerships & Events, Malene Mortensen has of January 2023 become Partner of FSG and was in April 2022 appointed CEO of the company.
The sportsbiz legend, Ole M. Frederiksen retired back in 2021 – the man who indeed introduced and brought sports marketing to a whole new level in Denmark. He has now sold his shares of f Sports Group and has left a legacy hard to exceed for anyone.

For many years father and son uniquely worked together, achieving fantastic results. In the last 10 years Mads has taken over the daily business increasingly and is now bringing on Malene. The changes allow founder, sales director, and the company’s creative mind to focus on expanding the business globally.
For Malene Mortensen it’s a natural career and company move, Malene has a MA Sports Management degree from London, and an accredited Management & Leadership certificate from London School of Business and Finance. She has 12+ years of experience in the business of sports and has been working for Ole and Mads for exactly 8 years today.
f Sports Group has turned a hard time during the last couple of years into the best result in the company’s history. Hard work and not least teamwork from all the company’s employees have done the difference.
Sometimes it’s good with a challenge to redirect one’s company strategy, hence creating more opportunities. We have lots of exciting things in pipeline at f Sports Group nationally as well as internationally, all which we can’t wait to share with you.
