Michael Laudrup

Michael Laudrup is a retired Danish football legend who in 2021 was awarded Denmark’s greatest sports personality of all time. He is one of the world’s best, most admired and famous football players ever. A real icon. He had a long and glorious career in the biggest football clubs in the world, i.a. Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Ajax Amsterdam.

He started his career as a professional football player in 1982 when he had his debut for the Danish national team too. He was 18 years old when he started on the team, and he played his last match at the World Cup in 1998. During his time as part of the national team, he played 104 matches and scored 37 goals.

In his active career he accomplished many prestigious championships. One time Lega Serie A winner, one time winning the Dutch Championship and  five times La Liga winner. 

After retiring from playing professional football, Laudrup went on to become a successful football manager for prominent clubs in Denmark, Spain, and England. He won the Danish Superliga title with Brondby IF and led Swansea City to their first major trophy, the League Cup in 2013.

On several occasions he has shown his fantastic leadership skills on and off the pitch, and he appeals to all age groups; men and women admire him for the values he stands for. He attracts a lot of media attention in Denmark as well as internationally. Entering a partnership with Michael Laudrup is something very unique.
