KEVIN MAGNUSSEN & SALESFORCE

In 2021 Kevin Magnussen first teamed up with the global company Salesforce to be a speaker at their summit. He attended three of their sessions at different virtual and live events for the company.

Salesforce is an Amerian cloud-based software company who offers customer relationship management (CRM) software and applications.

They are the no. 1 company in the world offering this solution for companies. More than 150,000 companies use their platform, which helps them with i.a. marketing, sales, analysis, and digital growth.

In formula 1 the teams use data to analyse and improve their performances. It is key that all the drivers are motivated and that comes from great leadership too. All of these elements are something that align with Salesforce and their values and hence Kevin Magnussen being natural fit as a speaker at their summits. He is also young and charismatic, and he inspires a lot of people.

The first session Kevin did was a virtual event in January 2021. The virtual event was broadcasted from Carlsberg Lounge in Parken, Copenhagen. The CEO of Parken, Lars Bo Jeppesen, also attended the live broadcast and Kevin Magnussen was joined by Team Haas Principal, Günther Steiner. They talked about how to use data to create sustainable digital growth and business success.

The second session was also a virtual event, which was held in April 2021. Kevin attended the opening part of the event, which was called “Create the future workplace with Cloud 3.0”. He was talking about motivation, how to use data and technology to enhance and optimise your success.

The third session was held in April 2022 in Copenhagen at the venue, The Hangar. It was a live event where Kevin Magnussen entered the stage and talked about motivation, how he uses data in his everyday life to optimise his performances. Topics of the event were moreover: sustainability, culture, leadership, motivation of employees, and digitalisation.
